Ice Monster Cafe was born from a simple conviction: Las Vegas deserves a neighbourhood spot that doesn't rush you out the door. Tucked along S Rainbow Blvd, we've built a space where the lighting is warm, the drinks are thoughtfully made, and the atmosphere sits comfortably between a neighbourhood café and a late-evening bar.
